Traffic Signals
Current Projects:
The traffic signal at Fish Hatchery Road (CTH "D") and McKee Road (CTH "PD") has been changed to a No Turn on Red restriction for southbound vehicles on Fish Hatchery Road. This change was incorporated to improve bicycle and pedestrian safety for those wanting to cross Fish Hatchery Road and McKee Road.
The City is planning to install a new traffic signal at the intersection of Cheryl Drive/E. Cheryl Parkway and Fish Hatchery Road in the Fall of 2008. The signal will include pedestrian signals to cross all legs of the intersection.
Traffic Signal Operation and Maintenance:
The City contracts with the City of Madison and the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for traffic signal design, operation, and maintenance. If you notice a light out or an operation problem, please call these agencies directly for assistance:
