Human Resources is responsible for recruitment and selection, personnel records management, classification and compensation, employee benefits administration, labor relations and equal opportunity in employment. Human Resources is located on the 2nd floor of the City Hall Building. Normal office hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday thru Friday.
