Permit Forms
Unless otherwise noted, applications are due to the Planning Department four weeks prior to the desired Plan Commission meeting date.
Application submittal requirements are listed on each permit and the number of copies, except for Land Divisions are:
- One (1) pdf document of complete submittal (planning@city.fitchburg.wi.us)
- One (1) full-size set of plans
- Two (2) reduced sets of plans (11"x17")
