The Fitchburg Recreation Department strives to provide quality recreation program opportunities for all Fitchburg residents. The Department has two full-time staff, various seasonal staff & program instructors, and countless volunteer coaches that provide recreational opportunities.

Kidz Zone

Fitchburg Recreation has just the room for your little ones to burn off some energy. The Oak Hall Room in the Fitchburg Community Center (5510 Lacy Rd) will be opened up and transformed into a Kidz Zone on Thursdays from 9:30 am - 11:00 am. This is a perfect place for your kids to play, while socializing and getting some exercise. The program is most appropriate for children over 12 months and under 5 yrs old. Pre-registration is not required. A parent/caregiver is required to attend with the child and will sign in at the door each week. A $2.00 admission fee will be charged per child each week.
