Earth Day /Arbor Day Celebration

This is a Fitchburg event that takes place in April or May every year to commemorate the anniversaries of Earth Day (April 22) and National Arbor Day (April 27, 2012). Members of the community volunteer to plant trees, mulch planting areas, spread playground surface material, and clean up parks, waterways and other public properties.
