How long will it take for me to be sent to collections?
You will be notified in court that you have 60 days to pay your citation (or make arrangements to complete the payment). If you do not attend your court hearing, you will receive a default notice in the mail with the date that your fine is due. If the court does not receive a payment within 60 days of your court date, then your citation will be sent to collections.

 

How will I be notified that I have been sent to collections?
H.E. Stark agency will send you notification in the mail indicating that you have been sent to collections. The notification will include information about to settle the payment as well as the date which the payment is due.
